Your Account

When you order a pet product from the site you will be asked to fill in the minimal amount of information for you to purchase the product and have it delivered to your door. This information will be saved in the form of an account, so the next time you visit the site you will not have to enter the information again. You can also save orders of pet products to speed up regular purchases.

Shopping

To make it easier for you to find what you are looking for, our products have been organised in several groups of different pet accessories. You can browse through each product group by clicking on the picture next to the groups description.

When you purchase pet products from our website you are entering into a contract of sale with us for those pet products. You have 7 working days to ensure that the pet products you receive meet your expectations of your order, and are as described on the website. If the pet product has been opened or used by you (the customer) then the right of return is cancelled. If however the goods are faulty please contact us by email at charis@charismaticpets.co.uk, and we will arrange for the return of the goods and a refund. We will ask you to wrap the package securely, and return it along with a note indicating the fault. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error.

Your Basket

Your shopping basket is there to hold any pet products you would like to purchase. You can add any of the pet products on the site, choose the quantity by simply changing the number and clicking 'Update Basket' or if you change your mind you can remove an item by clicking delete. Or if you want to start again just click 'Empty Basket'. To purchase the contents of your basket click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Checkout

Our checkout area is in two main parts, firstly, once you have finished shopping and proceed to the checkout area, you will need to verify your order details and select your shipping method (if applicable). Then the last step is to actually place the order once you are happy with your details.
