About Me

Hi my name is Charis and I am the managing director of Charismatic Pets. I am passionate about animals and so have persued a career involving them in every way I can.

I own a 3.5 yr old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Jasmin, a 2 yr old Hermann's tortoise called Big Dave, a 3 yr old Bearded Dragon called Fatboy and an assortment of fish.

Whilst caring for my 18 month old daughter I run my own business encorporating animal behaviour and my online shop.

I hold a 1st class Hons degree in psychology that has lead my down the path of studying animal behaviour and will hold a PgDip in animal behaviour counselling by January 2011. I am an ADTB approved instructor.

The Pet Shop

We hand make a massive range of dog bandanas which are all sold in our online store!!

I personally choose the fabric that is used to make the bandanas and design each line myself.

We offer a wide variety of styles from military camo to designer doggie princess!

We also provide a personalisation service on all bandanas in either embroidery or printing.

We offer an embroidery design service for companies from only £5 allowing us to produce bandanas with their company's name and/or logo on.

In the past I have supplied companies such as Battersea Dogs Home, London and Caring Canines, Bournemouth with bulk orders of bandanas for their animals and customers.

Our aim is to provide a variety of high quality goods for our customers and this is ensured through each bandana being handmade by myself

We also design and make a variety of other accessories including baby bandana bibs available in the craft section of our shop.

Dog Training & Behaviour

With a BSc in Psychology I am currently studying Animal Behaviour Counselling at Southampton University in order to become a clinical animal behaviourist.

I am also an ADTB online graduate and ADTB approved instructor, running puppy and dog training classes in Warminster Wiltshire.

I am a student member of the APBC and ASAB and Charismatic Pets aims to be able to provide vet refferal behaviour consultations within the next few years.

I am currently offering services such as 1 to 1 puppy and dog training, puppy classes, dog walking, pet sitting - where any species is considered (I have a soft spot for reptiles). Call 07702017873 for more details or if you would like to book onto a course or a consultation
